Founder Profile: Chris Evans - CFO

Chris Evans is the Chief Financial Officer of nTtau Digital and a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of global M&A, finance and operational experience across the US, Asia and Europe.

Prior to joining nTtau, Chris spent more than 17 years at Amazon. While there, he built and ran the M&A Integration function and led due diligence and integration for over 100 closed acquisitions. His leadership ensured seamless post-deal integration, aligning people, processes and systems to capture strategic value and accelerate growth. Prior to Amazon, Chris was a technology investment banker at Deutsche Bank in both London and Hong Kong.

Chris also holds an MBA from the Haas Business School at UC Berkeley and a BSc. in International Banking and Finance from the Bayes Business School, London.

As CFO of nTtau Digital, Chris oversees financial strategy, capital allocation and risk management. He ensures that we’re making smart financial decisions on when and where to commit our people and capital to help us enable our mission to commercialise fusion energy.
